Glass half full: Third round of stimulus checks expected to hit bank accounts on as House passes American Rescue Plan

Unless something wild happens between now and Friday (knock on wood), another round of $1,400 stimulus checks will soon be on the way.

On Wednesday, the House passed the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, which includes the third round of stimulus checks since the beginning of the pandemic.

President Joe Biden is expected to sign the legislation by Friday, according to a report by CNBC.

In this round of payments, folks will receive the $1,400 payment if they have an adjusted gross income of up to $75,000 as single filers, $112,500 as heads of households, and $150,000 as married couples.

Payments will be capped for individuals earning $80,000, heads of households earning $120,000, and married couples earning $160,000.
