Greeley Ice Haus offers watch parties, expos and more as the 2022 Winter Olympics kick off

Thanks to the Greeley Ice Haus, 2022 Winter Olympics aficionados and casual viewers alike will have the chance to see some of those winter sports up close.

“This time of year is a great time to explore ice skating, figure skating, hockey, and more,” said Mark Mann, Greeley Recreation manager in a news release. “We want to encourage the public to cheer for Team USA athletes as well, so we’ll be hosting some watch parties throughout the Beijing Olympics from Feb. 4-20.”

Schedule of Events

Sled Hockey Expo
1:45-4:45 p.m. Feb. 5
Try playing hockey on a sled. All ages and abilities are welcome to attend. Basic instruction and equipment are provided. Stay for a skills competition and watch a sled hockey game.

Figure Skating Competition Watch Party
Feb. 4-20

Hockey Watch Party
Feb. 9-20

Classes

The Ice Haus offers programs such as Learn to Skate, Intro to Adult Hockey, figure skating, Cub Hockey for beginners, youth hockey leagues, adult hockey leagues, and more.
